Star Patrol 1:1, 2:1, 4:1 Completed Learn To Swim
Bronze Levels 1:1, 4:1 Completed Learn To Swim or be assessed for readiness
Adult Learn To Swim 1:1, 2:1 Adults who are beginners in the water
Adult Stroke Improvement 1:1, 2:1 Adults who have some swim experience
Fitness & Technical Swim 8/10:1 Swimmers who can confidently swim in deep water, minimum 200 meter endurance

from Pre-swim to Level 10

We offer semi-private and private swimming lessons in 20 minute and 40 minute classes. Classes are available for swimmers of all levels, abilities and ages starting at 3 months old.


Fitness & Technical Swim Classes

For experienced swimmers & Athletes

A great way to workout in the pool!

  • Youth (under 14yrs): minimum requirement Red Cross level 8 completed or equivalent

  • Adults (14yrs +): minimum requirement able to swim 100meters continuously, tread water for 2 minutes

  • Groups classes (8-10 swimmers) are 1 hour and include warm-up, cool-down, stroke correction and endurance drills.
